What we're seeing
At High Desert Community Day, chronic absenteeism has been essentially flat over the 5-year window — from 0.0% in 2017 to 228.6% in 2020. Despite that, the gap vs US average of ~28% has actually widened — from 28.0% above in 2017 to 200.6% above in 2020.
