What we're seeing
At WASHINGTON STREET, the student:teacher ratio has fallen 18% over the 5-year window — from 14.3:1 in 2020 to 11.7:1 in 2024. Despite that, the gap vs US average of 15.4:1 has actually widened — from 1.1:1 below in 2020 to 3.7:1 below in 2024.
