What we're seeing
At RISING STAR EL, the student:teacher ratio has fallen 21% over the 5-year window — from 13.9:1 in 2020 to 11.0:1 in 2024. Despite that, the gap vs US average of 15.4:1 has actually widened — from 1.5:1 below in 2020 to 4.4:1 below in 2024.
