What we're seeing
At WHITE OAK PRI, chronic absenteeism has fallen 65% over the 5-year window — from 21.7% in 2015 to 7.5% in 2020. Despite that, the gap vs US average of ~28% has actually widened — from 6.3% below in 2015 to 20.5% below in 2020.
